The Red Bank Restaurant’s vision is to provide creative cooking using locally sourced seasonal produce, our kitchen team is led by award-winning head chef Michelle McGowan, who works closely with a host of amazing local artisan producers and suppliers on our doorstep all of whom provide inspiration for our delicious seasonal menus, as well as serving innovative dishes we want to educate our guests about of the quality of the local ingredients and produce we use in our restaurant whilst promoting all the amazing artisan producers and suppliers this beautiful island has to offer. To match our exquisite food offerings, we have paired some fantastic wines, each with its own story to tell, also we offer a range of artisanal cocktails, local craft beers and rare spirits.
Private Group Dining & Special Occasions
The Red Bank Restaurant is ideal for business dining, a special celebration or a family gathering, with two private dining rooms – Costello and Seán Mac Diarmada seating up to twenty-five people in each room.
